The Kovalchick Complex recognizes the needs of our patrons with disabilities. The complex is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines.

To purchase accessible seating for any event you must visit the Kovalchick Complex Box Office in advance.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available for every event at the Kovalchick Complex. Guests may obtain an Assistive Listening Device by visiting the Guest Services Station located at the main entrance to the Ed Fry Arena with a photo ID.

Wheelchair Escorts

Wheelchair escorts are available by stopping by the Guest Services Station located at the main entrance to the Ed Fry Arena with a photo ID.

Concessions

Concession locations and food and beverage kiosks are wheelchair accessible.

Restrooms

All restrooms in the Kovalchick Complex are accessible to our patrons with disabilities.

Service Animals

Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Kovalchick Complex. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
